Florals and cake go together like birds of a feather! There’s nothing that puts a smile on my face more than knowing my designs will feature florals, whether it be a floral arch, florals surrounding the cake or flowers on the cake! It really elevates your wedding cake, drawing in your guests and pulling styling elements such as your colour palette and flowers together with your cake.
So here are a few ideas as to how you can incorporate flowers into your wedding cake design and styling:

2. Floral embossing on your cake
If you’re looking for a feminine feel to your cake design, floral embossing can achieve this beautifully. For a more subtle texture, opt for white or for something a little bolder, this can be done in a colour that compliments your wedding styling.
3. Sugar flowers/fresh flowers
Flowers ON your cake is another great way to add a softness and femininity to your cake design. You can opt for fresh flowers or for handmade sugar flowers – these are my favourite kind because they have a wealth of benefits, including:
