Raluca & Brads beautiful Hedsor House wedding last year had style and elegance in abundance! Blush florals with hints of lilac, a contemporary wedding cake and designer gowns all featured.
Raluca’s special day started with her getting ready in the stunning suites at Hedsor House with her Bridesmaids and mum, whilst Brad was relaxing with his Groomsmen, looking very dapper in their suits.
Their ceremony took place at Hedsor House with their friends and family present. A beautiful floral pathway created a romantic aisle with tall abundant floral urns framing the couple at the alter.
After the ceremony, the couple took the time to have a first look at their reception room, before their guests were seated. Instead of round tables, they opted for long trestle tables lined with beautiful florals in shades of pink, peach and lilac.
During our design consultation, Brad and Raluca spoke of their desire to have a contemporary cake; all white with possibly a textural element. Raluca shared with me the details of her dress and I used this as inspiration for the cake design, creating a ruched, sweeping fabric effect cascading down the bottom two tiers and up the top tier.
Beautiful blooms from their florist, Seventh Heaven, surrounded the bottom of the cake table, framing their cake.
Following their wedding breakfast and cake cutting, the bride and groom celebrated with a champagne tower before dancing the night away with their guests.
